She was predeceased by: her father John Angelakos; her husband Dr. Carlyle "Corky" Caldwell; and her siblings, Pauline Angelakos and John Angelakos. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Rose Ann Angelakos; her stepson Geoffrey Caldwell; her aides, Adelia, Aleida, Keti, Mara, Nona, Rafy, Rosemary and Tina; her friend Fred Winters; and her godson Michael Angelakos.
