He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Lynch and Peggy Lynch; his brother Michael Lynch; and his in-laws, Thomas and Mary Dante.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Dante Lynch; his daughter Meredith Lynch Rankin; his son-in-law Michael Rankin; his grandchildren, Alexandra and Michael; his brother Gerald Lynch; his sister-in-law Donna Lynch; his sibling's children, Jessica and Michael; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Andy, Kaitlyn, Charlie and Grace.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you please make memorial donations to the Bedminster First Aid Squad.
