He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Kachinsky; and his parents, John Kachinsky and Eva Kachinsky. He is survived by: his son Joseph Kachinsky; his daughter-in-law Debbie Kachinsky; his daughter Lisa Cerwinski; his son-in-law James Cerwinski; his sister MaryAnn Leary; and his brother-in-law William Leary. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; a niece, nephew, and two great nephews.
