He was predeceased by : his parents, Thao Pham and Thu Pham. He is survived by : his wife JoAnne Pham; his children, Khoi D. Pham (Trinh), Khang D. Pham and Uyenthy T. Pham; and his grandchildren, Austin and Addison. He is also survived by three loving brothers and three loving sisters.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley (540 Franklin Ave, Nutley, NJ 07110). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (28 Brookline Ave, Nutley, NJ 07110). A burial was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031).
