He was predeceased by: his parents, Blasa Machado and Eduardo Machado; and his siblings, Sofia, Margarita, Wilfredo, Eduardo and Xeneida.
He is survived by: his children, Jose, Rebeca and Angela; and his wife Sonia.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lawton-Turso Funeral Home (633 Washington St, Hoboken, NJ 07030). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Francis Church (308 Jefferson St, Hoboken, NJ 07030).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jose's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
