She was predeceased by: her husband Stewart Van Horn; her children, Charles Anthony Bellina Sr. and Arlene Bernadette Bellina; and her mother Lucy Bellino. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Arlene Sanchez (Bellina) and Charles Bellina Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Sybrielle, Julianna, Lilianna and Anaiyla.
