She was predeceased by: her husband Domenic E. Damiano; her parents, Ontosh Kurzawski and Anne Kurzawski; and her brother John Kurzawski (Jack). She is survived by: her children, Edmund Damiano (Rachel), Domenic Damiano (Joyceann), Lorrie Bielen, James Damiano, Lori (Natalie Cruise) and Dana Damiano (Dennis Bateman); her brother Michael Kurzawski; her sister-in-law Chris Kurzawski; and her grandchildren, James, Nicholas, Ella, Nate, Samantha, Sabrina, Christian of Danielle, E. J., Alec, Lea, Nicole, Domenic and Michael. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; as well as many loving nieces and nephews.
