It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Herko of Belleville, New Jersey, who passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Katherine Herko to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Palahunich (Smar) and Michael Palahunich; and her siblings, Ann Cofka, Mary Gruszecki, Stephan, Joseph Palahunich, Michael and Andrew Sibick.

She is survived by: her husband Jack; her son John (Ann); her grandsons, Chris and Alex (Carlie); her great grandchildren, Addie and Jack; and her caregivers, Sasha Gawlik and Sandra Harms. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
