He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene Ruglio-Hall; and his parents, Charles Hall and Marilyn Hall. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Gadsby (Brian), Krista Vargas (Marino) and Erica Hall (James); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jason, Ethan, Antonio and Arya; his siblings, Karen Lospennato (Paul), Kevin Hall and Kenneth Hall; his siblings-in-law, Georgette D'Avanzo (Michael) and John Ruglio (Claudia); and his nieces and nephews, Charles Hall, Matthew Hall, Lauren Hall, Emily Featherstone, Nicole D'Avanzo, John Ruglio, Peyton Ruglio and Zander Ruglio.
