Bologna Jr. (Mary Falis Bologna); her daughter-in-law Danielle Ambrosino Bologna; her grandchildren, Brittany A. Bologna, Stephen G. Bologna, Adrianna Ambrosino and David Falis; her siblings, Grace E. Slawsky and Gustave J. Nicolai (Carla); and her sister-in-law Catherine Reardon (Joseph). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand niece and grand nephew.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Patricia, may be made to the Food Pantry at St. Peter's church, or St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
