He was predeceased by : his parents, William E. Sr. Cooper and Anna-Miriam Cooper; his brother Bill Cooper; and his father-in-law Calvin "Sonny" Tomlin. He is survived by : his spouse Gail Tomlin-Cooper; and his siblings-in-law, Steven Tomlin (Angela) and Debra Tomlin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
