She was predeceased by: her spouse Oran Alphonso Bundens; her sons, Michael Reader and Levi B. Reader; her parents, Joseph Herman and Loretta Herman; and her siblings, Julia Griffith, Joe Herman, Frank Herman and Mary Krause.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah L. Gigantino (Daniel); her grandchildren, Nadine Montgomery (Frank), Janine Iapalucci (Michael), Charles Hoover (Christine) and Jessica Gigantino; her great grandchildren, Nicolette Montgomery, Alexi Franks, Frankie Montgomery, Charlotte Iapalucci, Olivia Iapalucci, Mikey Iapalucci and Hadley Hoover; her great great grandchildren, Riley Blythe and Matthew Blythe, Jr.; her niece Linda Griffith-Boldizar; and her friend Doris Rink. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
