He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Condie Levy and Lucy E Thomas; and his sisters, Cassandra Levy Chavez (late Frank) and Antia Levy Tyson (Bob). He is survived by: his wife Martha E Rudrauff; and his sister Katherine Levy Fiori (Patrick).
