She is survived by: her husband David Cohen; her daughter Elizabeth DeGiacomo (Cohen); her stepchildren, Mark Cohen and Lisa Cohen; her grandchildren, Joseph David (JD), Jordan, Jacob and Alex; and her siblings, Kim Wallace, Carol Montauk and Carl Wallace.
In lieu of flowers, her husband and daughter will be planting a red oak tree in a place that holds deep meaning to those who knew and loved her.
