He was predeceased by: his parents, Will H. Woodworth Sr. and Ethel Woodworth (Hoover); his wife Claire Marjory Woodworth (Payne); and his brothers, Charles Woodworth (Doris), Donald Woodworth (Elvira) and Will Woodworth (Barbara Ecker).
He is survived by: his children, Laura Jean (Lance Larsen), Elaine Ruth (John Norcross) and Alan Payne (Leslie (Widmer)); his sister-in-law Barbara Woodworth (Williams); and his grandchildren, Sarah Woodworth, David Woodworth (Alicia Kay), Patricia Woodworth and Desli Getch (Jacob Getch). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
