She was predeceased by: her husband Gerardo "Jerry" DiMizio. She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Skelton (Kevin) and Donna Pohl (Michael Stroppa); her grandchildren, Jerry Skelton (Tiffany), Joey Pohl (Danielle), Christine Lombardi (Patrick) and Kevin Skelton (Amy); her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Anthony Skelton, Emma Pohl and Myles Lombardi; Michael Stroppa.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested to be made in Connie's memory to the American Cancer Society.
