He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Gunnar Engwall and Emily Engwall (Fronczyk). He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Kathryn, Jacquelyn (Jeremy McPhearson), Donald Gunnar Jr. and Brian; his granddaughter Gemma McPhearson; and his siblings, David (Christine) and Diane Brattole (Richard).
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newbaker Funeral Home (200 NJ-94, Blairstown, NJ 07825). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Patrick RC Church (327 Greenwich St, Belvidere, NJ 07823).
