He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith L. Blanks and Albert N. Peterson; his stepfather Tony Morell; his sister Shirley Staten; and his niece Tracy Barber.
He is survived by: his friend Neal Davis; his daughter Lisa Marie; his grandson Joey; his sister Pat Driskill of Yucaipa, CA.; and his stepbrother James Peterson of Oklahoma City, OK.. He is also survived by extended family in Monroe, LA, many cousins, nieces and nephews.
