He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil J Starrett and Alice C Pusey (Courter); and his brothers, Richard, Neil Starrett and Edward Hosking.
He is survived by: his wife Ginger Starrett (Banghart); his children, Troy M. Starrett (Kristen), Alicia C. Starrett-Seidel (Brian), Kelly L. Mulraney (Scott), Christopher Sutton and Robert Sutton; and his grandchildren, Kailee Starrett, Ian Mulraney, Ashlyn Sutton and Sierra Sutton.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cochran Funeral Home, Inc. (905 High St, Hackettstown, NJ 07840). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
