She was predeceased by: her siblings, Eileen Oelfke and Thomas Walsh. She is survived by: her husband Stanley Basules; her grandchildren, Shane, Erik, Emma, Brendan and Morgan; her siblings, Maureen Cooley (John), Tara Hertz (Greg) and Greg Walsh (Ellen); and her nieces and nephews, Jenny, Alana, Karen, Christine, Caleigh and Todd.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Ann's memory to the Susan G. Komen Foundation or the Dementia Society of America.
