With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Garrett Patterson of Bergenfield, New Jersey, born in Englewood, New Jersey, who passed away on September 19, 2025 at the age of 54. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Garrett Patterson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Vaughan and Hazel Patterson; his uncle Prenell Watson; his grandmother Susie Patterson-Watson; and his aunts and uncles, Johnny Patterson, Paul Watson, Mary Martha Green, Mary Rose Belle, Bessie Phillips and Lucy Patterson.
He is survived by: his children, Sapphire Patterson, Yusef Page and Jordan Patterson; his granddaughter Serenity Corley; his uncles, Prennell Watson and Curtis Belle, Sr.; and his aunt Mary Rose Patterson. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (351 W Englewood Ave, Englewood, NJ 07631).
