He is survived by: his children, Darren Massey (Brenda), Christopher Massey (Dana) and Shannon Thyberg (Paul); his grandchildren, Lindsey, Tyler, Nicole, Brandon, William, Jordyn and Kelsey; his brothers, Richard Massey (Elizabeth) and Thomas Massey (Patricia); and his sister-in-law Debra Massey.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Riewerts Memorial (187 S Washington Ave, Bergenfield, NJ 07621). A Mass was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church (34 Maple Ave, Hackensack, NJ 07601). A burial was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Ascension Cemetery (650 Saddle River Rd, Airmont, NY 10952).
