Arthur Lundgren Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Lundgren of Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on June 2, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lundgren and Isabel Lundgren; his sister Ebba Theiss; his nieces, Karen Theiss, Lori Theiss and Anna Porter; and his brother Albert.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Lundgren; his children, Bonnie Gara (Daniel) and Christopher Lundgren; and his granddaughters, Melissa and Allison Gara.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home (155 South Ave, Fanwood, NJ 07023). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church (1571 Martine Ave, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mt Bethel Village Day Program 67 Mountain Blvd Warren, NJ or to the ALJ Alumni Foundation.
