He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Rizzo and Steven Rizzo; his wife Elaine; and his siblings, Anthony Rizzo (Anne), Josephine Messenino (Leonard), Dominic Rizzo (Toni), Helen Zaccaro (Cosmo), Lena Morone (Ernest) and Rosemarie Smith (Raymond).

He is survived by: his sons, Daniel C. Rizzo (Eun) and John Steven Rizzo; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Evelyne, Kaitlin and Kimberly. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
