She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fitzpatrick and Jane Fitzpatrick (Dooley); her siblings, George Fitzpatrick, John Fitzpatrick, Steve Fitzpatrick, Helen Fitzpatrick Rogers and Rita Fitzpatrick Lyons Kurz; and her husband Richard G. Heckman.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kerri Rospos (late Nick), Doreen Howell and Genevieve (Joe Iskra); and her grandchildren, Kaci Iskra-Buck, Nick (Courtney Rospos), Jane (David Howard) and Julie (Mike Botts). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Tunnel to Towers or Children's Diabetes.
