He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold A. Finley, Sr. and Viola Vollker; his stepmother Judy Finley; and his mother-in-law Catherine Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Higgins Finley; his children, Erin Finley (Mike Baldwin), Kate Stolte (Karl Stolte), Meghan Yemola (Jim Yemola), Daniel Finley (Carolyn Finley) and Ryan Finley (Nikki Cannon); and his grandchildren, Kidron, Riley, Brayden, Chase, Cara, Sean, Maeve, Max, Kane, Noah and Violet.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Timothy E. Ryan Home For Funerals- SCB 145 St (145 St Catherine Blvd, Toms River, NJ 08755). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
