He was predeceased by: his daughters, Susan Mellors and Lauren Raney; and his brothers, William and Michael Burns. He is survived by: his son-in-law William Raney; his brothers, James, Jack and Robert Burns; and his grandchildren, Emily, Taylor and Samanta. He is also survived by his 6 nephews and 5 nieces.
