She was predeceased by: her husband James S. Dugan; and her siblings, Joseph Fullmer and Theresa Fullmer. She is survived by: her children, AnnMarie Buechele (Bill), Jim Dugan (Kim), LisaAnn Dugan and Bernadette Strickland (Matt); her grandchildren, Haley, Sean, Matthew, Patrick, Jaclyn, Molly, Connor, Tyler, Liam and Abigail; her great grandchild Carter; and her sisters, Marie Fries and Rita Ralston. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
