She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton Cranmer and Lois Cranmer; and her siblings, Valerie Van Ess and James Cranmer. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Welch, Sr.; her children, Amber Ruggles (Jeff) and Kenneth Welch, Jr. (Kelly); her siblings, Gregory Cranmer, Shari Gardner, Kimberly Collins and Karen Cranmer; her grandchildren, Alexis Ruggles, Aidan Ruggles, Kiley Welch, Kailey Welch and Kasey Welch; and her pet Dixie.
