She was predeceased by: her mother Rosemary T. Osinski (Belsito). She is survived by: her father Michael F. Osinski of Clementon, N. J.; her sister Donna M. Palma (Craig) of West Berlin; and her godson Frankie M. Menaquale of Medford Lakes. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
