He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carmen Spinella and Ruth Spinella; his girlfriend Laura Emerson; his sons, Scott Spinella (Rebecca) and Don Spinella; his grandchild D. J. Dear; his sister Joyce Masone; his nieces, Sharon Yates and Dawn Wilson; his nephew Michael Yates; his brother-in-law Ron Wilson; his stepdaughter Heather McCurdy; his stepgranddaughters, Madeleine and Paige; and his stepson Robert Moorhead.
