She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Holovachuk and Stephanie Holovachuk; her brother Stephen Holovachuk; and her pets, Scruffy and Buddy.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Smith; her sons, Michael Smith IV, Brian Smith (Robyn), Stephen Smith and Dan Smith; her brother Joseph Holovachuk (Terry); her grandchildren, Brady Smith, Darren Smith and Meghan Smith; and her nephews, Joseph Holovachuk, Timothy Holovachuk and Kenneth Holovachuk (Lindsey).
