He was predeceased by: his father Frank Koehl; and his brother Gary Koehl. He is survived by: his wife Lisa M. Koehl; his mother Helen Koehl; his siblings, Kathleen Davidson (Ron), Dennis Koehl (Jackie), Frank Koehl (Cheryl), Donna Kattler (Steve) and Barry Koehl (Barbara); his father-in-law Dave Frosch (Jackie); his sister Karen White; and his mother-in-law Carol Frosch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
