He was predeceased by: his father James Proctor; and his son Michael Jude Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Bernice C.; his daughters, Denise M. Proctor, Joyce M. White (Jeff White) and Mary Patricia Proctor-Smith (MS); his grandchildren, Jake Underkofler, Will Underkofler, Ashley White Howell (Sheldon Howell), Sydnea White, Austin White and Shea Smith; and his great grandchildren, Scout and Banx Howell.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to veteran service organizations.
