He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigmund Siesputowski and Cecelia Siesputowski (Stonack). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Siesputowski (MacIntyre); his sons, John Siesputowski (Deborah) and David Siesputowski (Jacqueline); his brothers, Robert Siesputowski and Ronald Siesputowski; and his grandchildren, Melissa (Evan), Courtney, Tara and Steven.
