He was predeceased by: his parents, Lottie Cieplik and Joseph Cieplik; and his sister Marlene. He is survived by: his close friend Beverly Traher; his wife Beverly; his daughter Amie D'Ottavio; his grandchildren, Andrew, Jessica and Sophia; and his pets, Charlie and Rosie.
