He was predeceased by: his wife Joann Cassidy; and his siblings, Harry Cassidy (late Edith), Mary Welsh (late John), Thomas Cassidy (late Joan) and Eileen Cassidy.
He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth "Beth" Mariano; and his grandchildren, Gabrielle "Gabby" Mariano and Thomas "Tommy" Cross. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
