He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor David and Thomas Rush Jr. David. He is survived by: his siblings, Maurine Rush, Cyndie Matas (Tom) and Thomas Rush 3rd (Linda); his stepsiblings, John Pariso, Joanne Pariso, Debbie Nelson and Suzanne Snyder (Christopher); his nephew Tom Matas; and his nieces, Virginia Matas, Shannon Martinez and Kimberly Badalamenti. He is also survived by 5 grandnephews and 2 grandnieces.
