She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore Bernard Kapuscinski; and her daughter Michelle Marie Bernardo. She is survived by: her children, Ted Kapuscinski (Karen) and Barbara McGarty (Tim); her grandchildren, Matthew Kapuscinski (Marisa), Anthony Bernardo Jr. Sheridan Kapuscinski (Alyssa), Meghan Patoray (Evan), Tara McGarty and Alexa Kapuscinski; and her great grandchildren, Ian, Maci Bernardo and Henry Kapuscinski. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the O'Boyle Funeral Home (309 Broad St, Bloomfield, NJ 07003). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Church (17 Monsignor Owens Pl, Nutley, NJ 07110).
