We bid farewell to Gerardo F. Chanco (Bloomfield, New Jersey), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 23, 2025 at the age of 78. Gerardo touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Florentino Chanco and Perla Chanco; and his sister Rosana Roque. He is survived by: his wife Leila; his daughters, Liza (Kevin Amahit) and Lori (Tim Tyrrell); his grandsons, Braden, Brennan Amahit, Liam and Connor Tyrrell; and his siblings, Eloisa, Florentino Jr. (Rosanna), Geranio (Adelaida) and Malucita (Eduardo Atienza). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
