He is survived by: his wife Dolores Marie (Johansson); his children, Denise Schier (Karl), John Swanson (Nan) and Nina Zardezed (Michael); and his grandchildren, Eric, Zachary, Leah and Erin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Halpin-Bitecola Brookdale Funeral & Cremation Service - Halpin (1284 Broad St, Bloomfield, NJ 07003). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 12:30 PM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Church (60 Byrd Ave, Bloomfield, NJ 07003). A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 1:45 PM to 2:15 PM at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery (712 Grove St, Montclair, NJ 07043).
