He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Wegner Rowe; and his siblings, Kathleen Gallo and Raymond Rowe. He is survived by: his brother Ronald Rowe (Kathleen); his siblings-in-law, Joseph Gallo and Patricia Rowe; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Smith-Gallo (Dale), Matthew Gallo (Michelle), Joe Gallo (Joseph Gallo), Lauren Gallo Berry (Scott) and Jason Rowe (Anne Swanson).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the O'Boyle Funeral Home (309 Broad St, Bloomfield, NJ 07003). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Glendale Cemetery (28 Hoover Ave, Bloomfield, NJ 07003).
