Mary G. Theodos Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary G. Theodos of Bloomfield, New Jersey, born in Montclair, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 14, 2026 at the age of 94. In the sacred silence of farewell, Mary is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Mary's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Hercules Churus and Gus Theodos; and her brother Steve Louvis. She is survived by: her children, Nicholas Theodos (Stephanie), Diana Moulton (Tom) and Diane Churus; and her sister-in-law Judith Louvis. She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ss Nicholas, Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church (80 Laurel Ave, Roseland, NJ 07068). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at the Hollywood Memorial Park (1500 Stuyvesant Ave., Union, NJ 07083).
