He was predeceased by: his parents, San Chan and Leticia Dizon. He is survived by: his wife Daisy Manlapig Chan; his sons, Raphael M. Chan and Raymond M. Chan; his grandchild Rhea Chan; and his siblings, Armando Chan, Lourdes Chan and Wilfredo Chan.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Zuasola Funeral Homes (101 Union Ave, Belleville, NJ 07109).
