He is survived by: his parents, Andre Butkewitsch and Elaine Butkewitsch of Rockaway, NJ; his sister Cheryl Marchiarullo (Daniel); his nephew Matthew Marchiarullo of Parsippany, NJ; and his aunts and uncles, Howard, Carol Tremper of Newton, NJ, Dave, Nancy Quinn of Deland, FL, Suzanne Ewing of DeLand, FL and Lee Tremper of Chelsea, MI. He is also survived by birds with family and friends.
