He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Makosky (Mickie); his children, Donna (Michael), Jeff (Laura) and Gary John (Tess); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Christina, Erik, Lucy, Dylan, Will, Beau and Blake; and his siblings, Carol, Angela, Anthony and Eugene. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
