He was predeceased by : his father Ralph Meyer. He is survived by : his mother Sally Meyer; his sons, Matthew Meyer and Kyle Meyer; his sisters, Jodi Meyer and Leslie Meyer-Grimes; and his nephew Jack Grimes.
