He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Bevacqua and Nicola Bevacqua; and his siblings, Nicola Bevacqua, Jr., Rose Leone and Adeline Sabatino.

He is survived by: his wife Josephine (Zangara); his children, Frank (Lisa), Michael (Maria), Elisa (Tom), John (Lisa), Nicole (Mark), Andrea (John) and Christopher (Jaclyn); his sister Louise DiCarlo; his grandchildren, Frank, August, Olivia, Marina, Nicolas, Cristina, Nyssa, Kiara, Francesca, Bruce, Dominic, Armond of Marcellino, TJ, Chris, Brendan, Domenica, Giovanni, Donato, Ava, Marco, Mario, Cecilia, Evangeline, John, Giacomo and Giorgiana; and his great grandchildren, Aria, Galilee, Bodhi, Iam and Malka.
