He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Selesky (Lacomis) and Frank Selesky; his grandparents, Agnes, Stanley Selesky and Scranton; his wife Theresa Porzio; his sister-in-law Rose Ann Porzio; and his great-niece Emily Montione.

He is survived by: his children, Adriane Selesky Eoga (Michael Eoga) of Boonton and John D. Selesky (Leisha) of Blairstown; his granddaughters, Dr. Jenna, Juliana Marie Eoga, Kara Marie Selesky and Carly Rose Selesky; his godson Robert Montione; and his great-nephew Thomas Montione. He is also survived by many cousins and godchildren.

In lieu of flowers, and in honor of Jack's profound love of the Catholic Mass, the family kindly requests Memorial Masses at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Boonton or at the Catholic church of your choice.
