With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Therese Splendora Venturini (Boonton, New Jersey), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 29, 2025 at the age of 88. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, John A. Smitka Jr. (Christine), Gregory J. Smitka, Lisa R. Estler (Smitka) and Melissa T. Gangi (Smitka); her parents, Frank Venturini and Rose Venturini; her grandchildren, Sami (Lloyd), Stephen (Zachary), Caleb (Amanda), Angelina (Wilmar), Hayden, Adrianna and Christopher; and her great grandchildren, CJ and Levine. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dangler Lewis & Carey Funeral Home (312 W Main St, Boonton, NJ 07005). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saints Cyril and Methodius Church (215 Hill St, Boonton, NJ 07005).
